1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Self Therapie Formation Member Area, available at https://app.selftherapie.com (the "Service"), including its optional Zoom integration.

Signing in to the Service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Publisher

The Service is published by SELF THERAPIE FORMATION, a French limited liability company (société à responsabilité limitée) with share capital of €5,000, registered with the Caen Trade and Companies Register under number 808 422 174, and registered as a vocational training provider under number 25 14 02886 14.

3. Access to the Service

The Service is private. Access is reserved for trainees, therapists, trainers, supervisors and contributors connected with Self Therapie Formation. Accounts are created by STF; there is no open sign-up.

Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us without delay if you suspect fraudulent use.

The Service is provided free of charge to members, as part of their training relationship with STF. Certain features may be subject to specific conditions, brought to your attention before activation.

4. Expected use

You undertake to:

• use the Service only in connection with your training, your supervised practice, or your work for STF;
• respect the confidentiality of sessions and of the people involved: the content exchanged within the Service, in particular session recordings and the related analyses, concerns real people and is covered by professional secrecy;
• upload or share a recording only after satisfying yourself that you have the consent of the people filmed;
• make available and share only Selfis that strictly serve the educational purpose of the Service: recordings of IR® Model practice sessions between members (peers in training, Selfi coaches, trainers, supervisors). It is prohibited to make available or share any Selfi liable to breach medical or professional secrecy — in particular a recording revealing the content of an exchange with a patient, that is, with a person with whom you have a therapeutic and commercial relationship. The patient's consent cannot justify a breach of this rule;
• not attempt to access data not intended for you, nor to circumvent access controls;
• not disrupt the operation of the Service (automated crawling, bulk extraction, intrusion);
• not upload unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of others.

Failure to comply with these undertakings may result in immediate suspension of your access, without prejudice to any legal proceedings.

5. Zoom integration

The Zoom integration is optional. It lets you select one of your Zoom cloud recordings as the basis for a Selfi analysis, without downloading it.

• You authorise this connection through Zoom's official consent screen, and you may remove it at any time, either from the Service or from your Zoom account.
• The recipient of a share can access only the shared video, never the rest of your Zoom account, and cannot re-share it: you alone decide who sees your recordings.
• You remain the owner of your recordings. STF acquires no right over them, keeps no copy, and uses them for no purpose other than displaying them at your request.
• You remain solely responsible for complying with the rules applicable to recording your sessions, in particular informing and obtaining the consent of the people recorded.
• Your use of Zoom remains governed by the terms and privacy policy of Zoom Communications, to which STF is not a party.
• Sharing a Selfi analysis based on a Zoom recording enables the recipient to watch that recording. Such sharing is a deliberate act on your part.
• STF guarantees neither the availability nor the retention of your recordings at Zoom: a recording deleted or purged by Zoom becomes unplayable within the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The educational content, texts, images, trade marks, design and code of the Service are the property of Self Therapie Formation or its partners. They are made available to you for your personal training use; any reproduction, distribution or exploitation outside that scope is prohibited without written authorisation.

The content you upload remains yours. You grant STF the strictly technical right to host, display and transmit it to the recipients you designate, for as long as necessary for the operation of the Service.

By way of exception, Selfi analyses that you create from the demonstration sessions made available by STF may be used by STF, including for educational and statistical analysis purposes, without limitation in time and even after your account is closed. Such use concerns the analysis itself — timeline markers, analysis elements, comments — and never the video it is based on. This exception never extends to analyses based on your own recordings (personal or Zoom videos).

7. Availability

We endeavour to provide continuous operation without undertaking to do so: the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates, or because of a third-party provider (host, Zoom, database provider). Scheduled interruptions are announced where possible.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. STF shall not be held liable for:

• indirect damage (loss of business, loss of opportunity, commercial harm);
• unavailability or failure of a third-party service, including Zoom;
• loss of content you have not otherwise backed up;
• use of your account by a third party to whom you disclosed your credentials.

None of these limitations applies in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or infringement of rights granted to you by mandatory law.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Termination of access

You may request the closure of your account at any time by writing to espace.membre@selftherapie.com. STF may close an account at the end of the training relationship, or in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

Closure entails deletion of the Zoom connection and of the associated tokens. Data relating to your training record is retained for the periods stated in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

STF may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated at the top. In the event of a substantial change, you will be informed by email or by a message within the Service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their performance or interpretation shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction within the territory of the Caen Court of Appeal.
